HI! I’m a business strategist with experience on both sides of the table — as an owner, buyer, seller, and advisor.

I built and exited a small business, and spent years in Big 4 consulting, including as a digital and customer strategy leader at Deloitte Digital, helping organisations design scalable, commercially sound businesses.

Alongside this, I’ve worked across M&A, supporting the buying, selling, and integration of businesses, and advising owners on what actually drives value in the real world.

Today, I partner with business owners to help them step back from day-to-day operations and build businesses that work without them — whether they choose to keep them or sell on their terms.
