My Approach
I built my own business while working full-time — which meant I had to design systems that actually held up in the real world. When I was diagnosed with cancer, that decision proved essential. The business didn't collapse because it wasn't built around my constant presence.
That experience shaped everything I do now.
I believe capable business owners shouldn't have to wait for a crisis to build a business that doesn't rely entirely on them. I believe in design over heroics — creating clarity, not complexity. And I believe the businesses that sell best are often the ones whose owners aren't desperate to sell, because they've already reclaimed their time.
My approach is practical, direct and human. We start by understanding where your business depends on you, what's transferable, and what you actually want next. From there, we build systems that create space — space to think, to breathe, and to choose what comes next on your terms.
I bring 30+ years across industry and Big 4 consulting, plus hands-on experience buying, building, and selling businesses. No hype. No jargon. Just a clear roadmap to options. Focused on your unique situation and plans.
Who I Work With
I partner with profitable business owners over 50 who've built something real — and are quietly thinking: "I don't want to work like this forever."
You're not failing. You're carrying too much. You want your business to support your life, not consume it. And you're ready to build options — whether that means stepping back while keeping ownership, or selling from a position of strength.
